Your blood sugar is the fuel to your body. This system plays into every function of your body. That mid-afternoon crash? Blood sugar. Tired all day, but can't fall asleep at night? Blood sugar. Brain is so foggy you can't even remember your name? Blood sugar.

When  sleep is funky then we reap the consequences in our mood. judgment, attention, energy levels, and pretty much everything else honestly. Wanna be more productive? Optimize and prioritize sleep.
