Sometimes our adrenals (which play crucial roles in stress response, metabolism, and hormone functions among other things) need a boost, and an effective and supa simple way to offer that happens to be with a mock-tail commonly referred to as the adrenal cocktail. What makes them so special? They replenish minerals and nutrients we burn through (especialhuuugggeeeen under stress) by balancing sodium, potassium, and vitamin C. All of these are incredibly therapeutic and supportive of our adrenal glands (which play a huuugggeee role in our energy).


The Creamsicle

  • 4 oz organic orange juice
  • 2 tbsp of grass-fed collagen
  • 2 tbsp of coconut cream
  • A hefty pinch of sea salt*Immersion blend, or use a frother to combine the best

Grapefruit spritz

  • 4 oz of tonic (or sparkling) water
  • Juice of one red grapefruit
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • Hefty pinch of sea salt

Coconut water with a twist

  • 8 oz or coconut water
  • The juice of 1/2 a lemon or lime
  • Hefty pinch of sea salt
